Owner & Founder
Jody Cloud, owner and founder of Wolf Property Services, was born in historical Charleston, South Carolina and later attended Louisiana State University.
Wolf Property Services was founded with the specific purpose of recovering overpaid Florida sales tax.
To date, Wolf has recovered and saved over 100 million dollars on behalf of countless clients relative to Florida state sales tax.
Don Morrison
Executive VP Business Development
Don Morrison, was born in Kansas City, Missouri and attended the University of Kansas and later spent 10 years working for AT&T, Qwest, and Broad Wing. During Don’s carrier tenure he ranked in the top 10% in sales attainment and retention and served as a telecom team leader.
To date, with Don at the forefront Wolf Property Services has been responsible for the recovery and savings of millions of dollars in telecom overpayments and millions more in successful contract negotiations.
Gabriela Arroyave
VP – Business Development
Gaby Arroyave earned a business degree from the College of Charleston and went on to become proficient in sales and customer support on behalf of Pro-Tech and Lenovo respectively.
Recently promoted to V/P of Business Development, Gaby has been with Wolf for 3 years. Gaby’s strong background in sales and customer services combined with her incredible work ethic made Gaby a natural fit to spearhead Wolf’s growth.

Grace Williams attended the University of Virginia and has a tremendous background in marketing, communication, and customer relations. Grace is a major asset in our outreach to companies of all sizes relative to marketing and subsequent relationship development. Lou joined C3 in 2015 after 20 years of carrier experience at AT&T in the areas of fixed and mobility services, Enterprise and Global accounts are Lou’s forte and he has been a top performed at every level.
Lou is responsible for new client acquisition, development of client relationships, and assists with the ongoing development of Wolf’s service offerings.

Karla Wilson
Senior Analyst
Karla holds a BS in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Management and a minor in Economics from the D’Amore McKim School of Business at Northeastern University.
Karla worked for 2.5 years as a Data Analyst, responsible for supporting Research Analysts, Senior Analysts and Research Directors to improve and standardize their excel models, supporting the input of data into a common database, and building and updating the next generation of Dashboards for clients and internal users.

Dallas job at Wolf allows him to do a variety of things. He mainly focus on coaching our sales team and working with prospective clients but I also have the opportunity to improve internal processes, create sales enablement tools and build an amazing team from the ground up. Joining Wolf in 2016 Laura has performed time and time again in the area locating and subsequently resolving billing errors as well as identifying and eliminating unnecessary and or redundant services.
